IPKarting forge of young kart drivers

Large presence of IP Karting chassis in the 60 Mini category for the third round of the WSK Super Master Series race on the iconic International Circuit La Conca from the 7th to the 10th of March.

Well 11 IPKarting chassis, representing brands like Praga Kart, Formula K and RS Kart, are taking the track in Muro Leccese for the third round of the WSK Super Master Series in the 60 Mini class. Driving them, are several very young racers who are accumulating a very important experience for their training at the wheel, during these first season’s races.
Amongst them, the best times in the qualifications are recorded by Gerasim Skulanov and Andrei Nikandrov (both Praga Racing Team).

After the eliminatory heats, however, the IPKarting chassis most ahead in the rankings is the Formula K branded, driven by Anatoly Khavalkin (Formula K Junior Team), 25th with two positionings in the top ten. Not too far back, also Skulanov and Guillaume Bouzar (Schumacher Junior Team).
Of the 11 drivers present, 10 move to the pre-finals: in addition to the afore mentioned Skulanov, Nikandrov, Khavalkin and Bouzar, there are also Ilia Dunin and Kostin Platon for the Formula K Junior Team and Mark Koziaev, Pets Ageev, Louis Iglesias and Fabio Reale for the Praga Racing Team.
In the two pre-finals Koziaev attracts particular attention, recovering as many as 10 positions, winning the 17th position and qualifying for the finals. The final is achieved also by Bouzar, author of a 5 positions comeback. Not as fortunate was Dunin, first in the elimination and protagonist of a final B in which he starts from the pole position but slips off the podium. The opposite route is taken instead by Ageev, who gets the second position in the consolation finals.
In the main final, Koziaev does not stop, overcoming other 5 competitors and closing the weekend in the 29th position, two seats ahead of Bouzar.

A representative of IPKarting is present also in the OKJ: Ariel Elkin (Formula K Junior Team). The Israeli driver competes stubbornly in the middle of the group during all the heats. Yet, it is in the pre-final that the Formula K chassis shows its full potential, getting Elkin in an 8 positions comeback which earns him the access to the final, where he will close 29th.
